Empowering organisations, citizens and communities of tomorrow
Andres Lòpez A, has extensive experience in adult education, lifelong learning, inclusion, and strategic community development, with a professional profile that aligns closely with NCLC’s work in policy analysis, advocacy, publications, training, and advice for advocates. Through roles in the public, voluntary, and private sectors, he has developed strong competencies in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex issues into clear and practical communication. He is particularly well suited to environments that require both analytical insight and the ability to support networks, partners, and practitioners with accessible, well-structured content. His background in leading projects, working across sectors, and supporting inclusion and participation makes him a strong contributor to work focused on consumer justice, economic fairness, and capacity-building for advocates and organizations.
There is no success without strong partners, and for that reason NCLC, through Andres, has a close collaboration with Jozefa Fawcett, who is based in London with her own international training consultancy, JFI Academy, as well as JFI Radio. Jozefa Fawcett is a professional development practitioner with 24 years of experience supporting workforce capability through major periods of economic and technological change. Her work focuses on the transition from the Digital Era to the Quantum Era, with particular emphasis on the

gap between technological advancement and human adaptation. She provides consulting, academic lecturing, and excellence assessment, connecting theory with practice to strengthen learning, strategy, and organisational performance. Her recent work includes curriculum development, postgraduate programme design, Erasmus+ project support, online course production, excellence training, and executive coaching for higher education and public-sector clients across Europe and beyond.She is an award-winning consultant, Recognised Excellence Expert™, CPD Provider of Training Excellence, and adjunct faculty at GBSB Global Business School.
Her professional expertise spans learning design, project manage-ment, quality assurance, teaching, business excellence assessment, podcasting, and researchOver the past few years, In addition to events, workshops, and study visits from European NGOs. The work has been primarily aligned with Erasmus+ projects on behalf of the Norwegian Adult Learning Association and its member organizations, which comprise more than 600 NGOs. These initiatives aim to establish strong collaborative arenas with county authorities and other public bodies responsible for adult learning and community development. Examples include Train2Act, Hy2Learn, Regale and DiggLab. Between 2026 - 2029, we`ll be involved in Pathways and CO-LLLAB Europe projects in cooperation with several European regions and stakeholders with a particular focus on lifelong learning.
